All prices below are quoted in US dollars (USD) per advertising account per month and are billed monthly in advance. The figures above are our standard subscription prices. The price actually agreed depends on the number of authorised accounts, the marketplaces covered and the ad types in scope, and is set out in the written quote we issue. If prices change, we notify existing customers by email 14 days in advance. A change applies to the next billing period and does not affect a period already paid for at the current price.
Quote based engagements
When the account count or marketplace range falls outside a subscription, we quote per engagement. The basis is set out in the table below.
| Situation | What the quote is based on | Typical shape |
|---|---|---|
| Large account portfolio | Number of advertising accounts, number of marketplaces, and the number of ad types in scope | Monthly retainer plus a one-off onboarding fee |
| Custom reporting or migration | Effort to build the reporting format, and whether existing historical data must be imported | Fixed project fee |
| Non standard markets | Number of marketplaces outside North America, and whether local currency reporting is required | Monthly retainer, adjusted for scope |
How to read a quote. Every quote we issue states the number of advertising accounts covered, the marketplaces covered, the ad types covered, the billing frequency, the tax treatment, and the total. A quote is valid for 30 days. We do not bill for anything outside the scope stated in the quote.
What each plan includes
The features are not what separates the plans. Write access is. The table below shows where the two plans differ.
| Capability | Recommendation only | Managed execution | Endpoint |
|---|---|---|---|
| Budget burn alerts | Included | Included | Budget Usage |
| Out-of-stock ad protection | Included | Included | FBA Inventory |
| Zero-conversion term cleanup | Included | Proposals, can be applied | Reports + Target |
| Official recommendation consolidation | Included | Included | Recommendations API |
| Competitor ad intelligence | Included | Included | Ad Library (EU) |
| Cross-marketplace portfolios | Included | Proposals, can be applied | Portfolios + Exports |
| Inventory-linked advertising | Included | Proposals, can be applied | FBA Inventory + Sales |
| Rule oversight and rollback | Records only | Proposals, can be applied | Rules reporting |
The only difference is write access. Analysis, recommendation quality, alerts and reporting are identical across both plans. See the feature detail
Guardrails per account. On the Managed execution plan you set limits for each customer account: maximum change size, maximum daily spend, target ACOS, and whether campaigns may be paused. A proposal that would exceed a limit is blocked rather than written. Several customer accounts can run under one service with different guardrails each.
What every plan includes
No setup fee
There is no onboarding charge and no minimum commitment on the two subscription plans. You can stop at the end of any paid month.
Marketplace coverage
Both plans work across the North America, Europe and Far East marketplaces. Campaigns and accounts from different marketplaces are analysed separately because the underlying demand and competition differ.
Ad types in scope
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display are covered by the subscription. Sponsored TV, Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud are not connected in the current version; they can be taken on as a quoted engagement once the requirement and the access needed are clear, but they are not part of a subscription.
Currency and tax. Prices are quoted in US dollars and charged in the currency stated on your invoice. Where applicable we can invoice in RMB or EUR. Prices are exclusive of tax. The invoice states the tax that applies and the rate used. If your jurisdiction levies VAT or a similar tax on cross-border services, ask us to confirm how it is handled before you place the order, so the invoice matches what you book.
Cost control. The service is not an advertising spend product. You pay the subscription fee for the software. Advertising spend itself is billed directly by Amazon to you and is not part of our fees.
A 30 day trial of the Recommendation Only plan is available on request, at no charge and with no card details required.
Not sure which plan fits
Tell us how many advertising accounts you run and which marketplaces they cover, and we will recommend the option that fits, including whether a quote makes more sense than a subscription.
